Users must register for an account at Memberships to access full features. A paid subscription is required for premium services.

• Inventory data
• Payment details

We do not sell user data to third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data protection.

4. Third-Party Services

EasyInventory integrates with third-party services such as ePOSNow API. We are not responsible for third-party services' terms and policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Failing to make required subscription payments.
• Misusing API keys or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Violating laws while using the service.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or misuse. Refunds for terminated accounts will be subject to our Refund Policy.
