Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyInventory (the "App") and easyinventory.io (the "Site"), operated by KINVO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use EasyInventory. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@easyinventory.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

EasyInventory is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
Misuse, share, or resell API keys or access credentials.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any connected POS system.
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code through the App.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect user data, including name, email, inventory data, and payment details. We do not sell user data to third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data protection.

7. Third-Party Integrations

EasyInventory connects to third-party POS systems including Clover, Shopify, and EposNow. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Loss of access to a third-party service does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the inventory data you enter into EasyInventory. You grant KINVO LLC a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data solely as necessary to provide the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KINVO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to pay subscription fees, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting admin@easyinventory.io. Upon termination, your access to the App will end and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KINVO LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
