KINVO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates EasyInventory, a real-time inventory management application for Android ("the App") and the website easyinventory.io ("the Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App or Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address (for account registration).
• Business name and contact details.
• Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store raw card data).
• Inventory and product data you enter into the App.
• Support communications.

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• App usage logs, crash reports, and performance data.
• IP address and general location (country/region).
• Session activity and feature usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and Site.
• Process subscription payments and manage your account.
• Sync your inventory data with connected POS systems.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notices).

4. Third-Party Integrations and Service Providers

EasyInventory integrates with and shares data with the following third-party services as necessary to deliver our core features:

• Clover — POS inventory sync
• Shopify — POS inventory sync
• EposNow — POS inventory sync
• Memberstack — Account authentication and membership management
• Payment Processor — Subscription billing (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Google Play — App distribution

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share data with:

• Third-party service providers listed in Section 4 above, solely to deliver our services.
• Legal authorities if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.

EasyInventory is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
